Tens of thousands of pastors and church leaders are inadequately equipped to lead.
The church is growing fast, so also is spiritual and physical opposition. In many developing nations 1 in 4 pastors quit the ministry each year because of discouragement and loneliness.
Most church growth is within the same ethnic groups with no vision or understanding for how to take the Gospel to other language groups.
World Outreach leadership seminars address all these issues.
Seminars
Seminars run for three to four days. Night meetings are often open to the public and have resulted in many coming to Christ, being healed and filled with the Holy Spirit.
In the Seminars emphasis is given to key personnel, devotional life, leadership principles, imparting spiritual truths, encouragement as well as stimulating vision.
A commitment is made to return to these same cities and regions once each year for up to five years to strengthen pastors and support them in building the local church.
Leaders Hungry for God
In many of these neglected places there is a great spiritual hunger for God and His word but few if any resources to assist these pastors in their personal and public leadership.

Seminar History
This ministry grew out of many years experience in the Philippines where our ministry teams criss-crossed the nation running hundreds of leadership seminars. This ministry proved to be so necessary to strengthen and grow the Filipino Church so doors opened to us in Indonesia and other parts of Asia and Africa.
Our Strategy
As a result for more than 25 years the strategy of World Outreach has been to gather pastors and church leaders in over 30 nations for teaching equipping and training.
Pastor Peter Smith has headed this ministry since 1995. In that time Peter has traveled to many nations to meet with pastors and leaders where the needs are the greatest to assess the needs of the church and to see how World Outreach can help.
TODAY up to 50 seminars are conducted around the world each year.
Neglected cities and regions where the church is weak are targeted and key National and International speakers bring ministry to these areas in the greatest spiritual need.
Life In Christ Leadership Magazine
At the seminars all delegates receive a FREE quarterly magazine, "Life in Christ"(LIC). In many places the magazine is printed in their own language and is designed to strengthen leaders in their walk with God and provide practical teaching and preaching resources for their ministry.
