        |  World Outreach International exists to impact Least Reached People groups with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.World Outreach International was established in 1932 by Dr Len Jones. Dr Jones constantly emphasised two priorities: a tenacious faith in a God who can do great things, and an expanded vision among people who dare to believe. Len left a great heritage - today on five continents World Outreach International missionaries and co-workers walk by faith with a vision to fulfil all that God has for their lives.
Today, World Outreach International is directed by Rev John Elliott, an experienced missionary and mission statesman who is based in Singapore.
Ministry Strategies
Our mission and goals are accomplished through establishing partnerships with the Body of Christ world-wide in order to engage in transformational discipleship among Least Reached People groups. In any particular situation different ministry approaches are used depending on the specific need. We are currently ministering among 75 such people groups on five continents and have the goal of impacting at least 20 new ethnic communities every five years. We believe it takes more than enthusiasm to be a good missionary. Commitment is essential and so is character. And most important of all we need the power of the Holy Spirit. Our missionaries are opening their hearts to all that God has for them, in ministry and in mission. Many are experienced Christian leaders who are acknowledged as trail blazers in cross cultural ministry.
Leadership
World Outreach International is accountable to an independent board of Christian Leaders for policies and procedures. A council of senior World Outreach International personnel is responsible for the management of the mission.
Finances
Sound stewardship is the hallmark of our ministry. We seek to be responsible in our management and highly cost effective in the promotion of our personnel and their ministry. We honour any stated designation. In the event that an appeal is over subscribed or a ministry ceases to function, the funds will be redirected to the project or missionary that most closely approximates the intent of the donor.
Values and Distinctives
We are a values driven organisation placing high importance in personnel functioning with these distinctive core values as guiding principles. The values of World Outreach are used as an ongoing guide to assist personnel and partnership selection, and for leaders to give help, direction and where necessary correction, in terms of decisions and ministry operation.
